Cloudy skies, rainshowers expected in parts of PH–Pagasa Jan 21st 2013, 00:41 MANILA, Philippines – Light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms will continue in Mindanao due to an intertropical convergence zone, the state weather bureau said Monday.   "Mindanao and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, provinces of Aurora and Quezon and Bicol Region will be cloudy with light rains.
