The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has yet to disclose its total revenue collection for 2012 because "the figures are still being finalized," Commissioner Ruffy Biazon said Tuesday. "Some collections from various ports nationwide are still coming in," he told the Philippine Daily Inquirer in a text message.
