Justin Bieber set to outpace Lady Gaga on Twitter Jan 17th 2013, 22:43 LOS ANGELES—Teen idol Justin Bieber is set to make Twitter history this weekend when he is forecast to overtake Lady Gaga as the most followed person on the microblogging website.   Twitter Counter, which tracks and analyzes Twitter usage, said Thursday that, according to its algorithms, the Biebs will overtake the Mother Monster around 4:23 pm (2123 GMT) on Sunday.   "For now, Lady Gaga is in the lead in follows alone," it said in an email to subscribers.
