The Aerosmith frontman, 64, and his fiancée, Erin Brady, 39, have called off their engagement, the New York Post reports.
The rocker and the model have been dating since 2006 and got engaged more than a year ago.
The pair celebrated their five-year anniversary over New Year's last year with a commitment ceremony at his home in Hawaii, but Brady was conspicuously absent when he returned there with his family for the recent holiday.
"It's over for good this time," a source told the newspaper .
The pair has reportedly had a rocky go of it over the past few months, with rumors that they were finished circling in October.
Tyler was spottedsurrounded by models in November at New York City's The Darby following a show at Madison Square Garden.
The Post's source claims that while the former "American Idol" judge has managed to stay sober, he found it difficult during his time with Brady. "They're still friendly but they're going their own ways," the source said. "The engagement is off."
Tyler has been married twice before.
