Melissa Hovey Addresses Georgia Bigfoot Group's Facebook Posting of ABS Bigfoot Photograph Mar 13th 2013, 19:36 On Tuesday a Facebook group based in Polk County, GA published a Bigfoot photograph they claim was from a trail cam located on the Paris Mountain area. What's interesting about their claim is that it's the same photograph Melissa Hovey of the American Bigfoot society released in early 2012. Melissa (who now owns the rights to the photograph) had been in possession of the photograph for 4 years before she decided to release it publicly. When word got out that the Georgia Facebook group had published her photograph, friends of Hovey demanded the Facebook group to remove the image and the story from their page.
