CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – A bomb believed to be used as evidence in the court went off inside the Rizal police headquarters in Taytay, Rizal early Monday morning. The explosion at 6 a.m. tore down the ceiling of the one-story building that housed the offices of the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT), the Scene of the Crime Operatives, and the Explosives and Ordnance Division.
