MANILA, Philippines -- Warm weather will prevail even as the whole country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section due to easterlies, the state weather bureau said Tuesday. Easterlies, or winds blowing from the east are affecting the eastern part of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
