AUBURN HILLS, Michigan — Joe Dumars and the Detroit Pistons had been waiting a while for this offseason — and it showed. The Pistons have finally been able to give their roster a significant makeover, adding Josh Smith, Chauncey Billups and Italian star Luigi Datome.
