MANILA, Philippines -- The Supreme Court will hear the arguments for and against the Reproductive Health law this Tuesday. In an advisory, the high court said it would give the government and petitioners against the RH law 55 minutes each to present their case. Five will argue for the 14 petitioners against Republic Act (RA) No. 10354, also known as the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012. They are: 1) Former Sen.
