8 domestic flights cancelled due to typhoon 'Labuyo' Aug 12th 2013, 00:01 MANILA, Philippines – Some domestic flights were cancelled Monday (August 12) due to typhoon "Labuyo" (international name: Utor), the Department of Transportation and Communication said.   The following Cebu Pacific and Air Philippines flights were cancelled, the DOTC said in its Twitter account:   5J-504 MNL-Tuguegarao 5J-505 Tuguegarao-MNL 5J-196 MNL-Cauayan 5J-197 Cauayan-MNL   5J-821 MNL-Virac 5J-822 Virac-MNL 2P-084 MNL-Basco 2P-085 Basco-MNL   Typhoon "Labuyo" was last observed 45 kilometers west of Casiguran, Aurora as of 4a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administratio...
