MANILA, Philippines – The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) assured the public Tuesday that transmission facilities damaged by Typhoon "Labuyo" (international name: Utor) in Luzon over the weekend were now operational. In an interview with Radyo Inquirer 990AM, NGCP spokesperson Cynthia Abalanza that the NGCP power distributors were fully operational as of 2:15 p.m. Monday.
