MANILA, Philippines -- Traffic is reported in several areas in Metro Manila as motorists are slowing down due to slippery roads caused by rains from Typhoon "Labuyo," a Metropolitan Manila Development Authority officer said Tuesday. "Vehicles are moving slowly because the road is slippery," Banjo Petisanan of MMDA-Metrobase said. At the southbound lane of EDSA, Petisanan said traffic was moving slowly from Timog all the way to White Planes, as well as at Highway 54 to Buendia.
