Rain in parts of PH due to ITCZ in Mindanao—Pagasa Jun 26th 2013, 01:13 MANILA, Philippines -- An intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao is expected to bring rains in some parts of the country, the state weather bureau said Wednesday. "Bicol region, Mimaropa, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms," the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. Meanwhile, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a chance of isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening in  Metro Manila and the rest of the Luzon. Temperatures in Metro Manila will be between 24 and 34 degrees Celsius. Light to moderate winds blowin...
