LEGAZPI CITY, Albay – Police in Lagonoy, Camarines Sur, rescued on Tuesday evening a 3-month-old baby girl who was kidnapped from her home in Welfare Ville, Mandaluyong City, police said. Senior Inspector, Van Layosa Lagonoy police chief, identified the baby as Henzel May Joy, a daughter of Lizel Diamon, a resident of Welfare Ville in Mandaluyong City. Layosa said Lovelin Casipi, 26, the alleged abductor, was arrested at the residence of her live-in partner in Barangay (village) Mancogon in Lagonoy. Her live-in partner, identified as Rex Transona, was also brought for questioning. Layosa said Casipi arrived in Lagonoy on Monday and introduced the baby to Transona as her daught...
