Pasig Court orders arrest of pork scam whistleblower Jul 19th 2013, 02:57 MANILA, Philippines—The Pasig City Regional Trial Court Branch 265 has ordered the arrest of Benhur Luy, the whistle-blower in the P10-billion pork barrel scam. Pasig court issued the arrest order in connection with the qualified theft case filed by Janet Lim-Napoles, his relative. Napoles of JLN Group allegedly perpetrated the pork barrel scam according to Luy. In her complaint filed early this year, she alleged that Luy stole P300,000 from her on December, 2012 which he was supposed to deposit in her bank account.
