MANILA, Philippines—Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Gaudencio Pangilinan, who voluntarily went on leave four months ago after the Rolito Go abduction fiasco, has tendered his resignation to President Aquino, according to Justice Secretary Leila De Lima.
