MANILA, Philippines—Two fires simultaneously broke out in Manila and Malabon Monday, fire officers reported. Senior Fire Officer 2 Marson Perez of Manila Fire Bureau said a fire swept a residential-commercial area on Caballero Street in Binondo around 12:38 p.m.. A fourth alarm was declared at around 12:53 p.m. No other information was available as of posting.
