Traffic rerouting plan in place for Aquino SONA Monday Jul 19th 2013, 00:59 MANILA, Philippines -- A rerouting scheme has been prepared to counter possible traffic buildup along Commonwealth Avenue on Monday, the day of President Benigno Aquino III's fourth State of the Nation Address. An advisory from the House of Representatives public relations and information bureau (PRIB) said that by midnight of July 22, the leftmost northbound lanes of Commonwealth Avenue will be opened to motorists heading towards Fairview. By 5 a.m. the area of the northbound lane between Ever Gotesco and the Commission on Audit will be closed to motorists.
