MANILA, Philippines — At least 10 gunmen believed to be from the Moro National Liberation Front surrendered to authorities on Thursday, the 11th day of fighting in Zamboanga City, between government forces and members of MNLF, radio reports said. The surrenderees were from Sta. Catalina village. "Di natin ma-full blast (ang operations) para masiguradong ligtas ang hostages [We can't go full blast with the operations to ensure the safety of hostages]," Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin said on radio.
