Bear still with monsoon rains, says Pagasa Sep 25th 2013, 00:29 MANILA, Philippines—Monsoon rains will continue to affect Central and southern Luzon and the Visayas, the state weather bureau said early Wednesday.   Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon provinces), Bicol Region, Palawan and Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its morning bulletin.   The Mindoro provinces, however, will experience moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms, which may trigger flashfloods and landslides, according to Pagasa.   Based...
