MANILA, Philippines — The chairman of the Senate blue ribbon committee on Thursday asked Senate President Franklin Drilon to reconsider his decision not to subpoena Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind in the P10 billion "pork barrel" funds scam.
