Janet Napoles, husband face tax evasion raps Sep 26th 2013, 01:59 MANILA, Philippines – The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on Thursday announced the filing of tax evasion cases against Janet Lim-Napoles and her husband. BIR Commissioner Kim Henares said they would be filing tax evasion cases against Janet and Jaime Napoles for providing incorrect information, among other things. Henares said Janet Lim-Napoles' tax liability amounts to P44.68 million while her husband's is worth P16.43 million.
