MANILA, Philippines -- "Supertyphoon" Odette (international name Usagi) gained more strength Saturday as Signal No. 4 remained over the Batanes Group of Islands, the state weather bureau said. Odette's maximum sustained winds of 215 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 250 kph are expected to accelerate within the day,the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in a public advisory.
