PH tells China amid late plea: See you at UN Jan 23rd 2013, 19:17 "See you at the United Nations," Malacañang told China Wednesday after the Chinese Embassy in Manila made a belated appeal to settle their territorial dispute in the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) through bilateral negotiations.   China said Wednesday that the Philippines' going to the United Nations for arbitration would only complicate the dispute and reiterated that the Philippines is occupying islands in the sea "illegally."   It is unclear how the UN arbitral tribunal can help.
