The 49-year-old woman who received no fewer than four speeding tickets last week after flying down on I-90 as fast as 112 mph has been identified.
Loretta Lacy, of Sioux Falls, S.D., was heading to Racine, Wis. and trying to make it in time for her granddaughter's formal dance that evening.
Lacy was first stopped in Martin County at 2:25 p.m. after authorities received multiple complaints of her speeding, and weaving in and out of traffic. She was ticketed for speeding (she passed the trooper at 112 mph), no insurance and possession of marijuana.
