Gov't workers get free MRT, LRT ride on Sept. 19 Sep 18th 2013, 00:40 MANILA, Philippines — Government employees will be treated to a free ride at LRT Lines 1 and 2, and MRT Line 3 Thursday in celebration of the 113th Civil Service Anniversary. The Philippine Information Agency announced that free rides to government employees would be from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) and from  7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Light Rail Transit, based on Civil Service Commission Announcement no. 48, series 2013.
