MNLF seizes Zamboanga police chief Sep 17th 2013, 04:12 ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines—Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) forces are holding this city's police chief hostage.   Senior Superintendent Edwin de Ocampo, logistics officer of the police in Western Mindanao, confirmed to the Inquirer that Senior Superintendent Jose Chiquito Malayo, the city police director, is being used as human shield by the MNLF.
