MANILA, Philippines—Publicly listed Vivant Corp. said its affiliate had secured a power supply contract with Ayala-led water services provider Manila Water Corp. In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Thursday, Vivant said it was advised by its associate, Vivant-Sta. Clara Northern Renewables Corp., that it had entered into a back-up power supply contract with Manila Water Corp.
