Man nabbed at QC Hall for impersonating as cop Feb 28th 2013, 08:06 MANILA, Philippines—A man was arrested at the Quezon City Hall Thursday morning for allegedly impersonating as a police officer.   Daniel Caballero was busted when an alert policeman at the city hall noticed that his uniform had two different ranks.   Superintendent Marcelino Pedrozo Jr. of the Kamuning police station said Caballero, 34, was arrested at the Hall of Justice in Barangay (village) Central in Quezon City around 9:15 a.m.   Pedrozo said Senior Police Officer 1 Conrad Lim of Kamuning police was at the city hall for a court hearing when he noticed Caballero's uniform had conflicting ranks--a police inspector on the shoulder board and a Senio...
