Motorists reminded of traffic rerouting scheme in San Juan Jun 24th 2013, 01:11 MANILA, Philippines – The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reminded motorists of a rerouting scheme imposed in some roads in San Juan City Monday in line with the celebration of the "Wattah! Wattah!" festival, which marked the feast of the city's patron, St. John the Baptist.   In its Twitter account, MMDA said that since 5a.m., traffic was rerouted in parts of N. Domingo Street which were closed from corner F. Blumentritt Street up to the corner of Pinaglabanan Street.   MMDA said A. Lake Street, F. Roman Street and A.
