MANILA, Philippines—No storm is threatening the country but the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) continues to affect the Philippines' south, the weather bureau said on Saturday. The ITCZ, which brings cloudiness, prevails over Palawan, the Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. These areas will experience "cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms," Pagasa said.
