MANILA, Philippines—Filipino rap superstar Gloc-9 and the watchdog group Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) have joined the "Justice for John-John" campaign in behalf of the family of John Ricci Berroya, a 20-year-old Quezon City resident murdered on January 13.   The campaign calls for the immediate arrest of suspect Robel "Buloy" Campanya, a Quezon City Hall parking attendant.
