MANILA, Philippines—An elementary school in Caloocan City is to resume classes Tuesday afternoon after a bomb threat earlier in the morning turned out to be a hoax. Rustica Lorenzo, principal of the Pangarap Elementary School, announced that classes would resume on Tuesday afternoon. "The police did not find a sign of a bomb in our school, so classes will resume this afternoon," Lorenzo said in a telephone interview.
