MANILA, Philippines – The low pressure area being monitored by the weather bureau was spotted near Aurora Friday morning and will bring rains in parts of Luzon. The LPA was last observed 270 kilometers east of Casiguran in Aurora embedded along the monsoon trough affecting Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
