Senators want SK elections postponed Sep 3rd 2013, 23:36 MANILA, Philippines—The Senate committee on local government will recommend the postponement of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections scheduled to coincide with the barangay polls on Oct. 28.   Sen.
