MANILA, Philippines -- The tail-end of a cold front affecting Mindanao will bring to Davao and Soccksksargen cloudy skies with moderate to heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides, the state weather bureau said Tuesday. The rest of Mindanao will have light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
