Fire out in QC residential area Jan 28th 2013, 03:56 MANILA, Philippines – The fire that gutted a shanty community in Quezon City Monday morning has been put out, a National Capital Region-Bureau of Fire officer said. Fire Officer 2 Hoover Moral said the fire that blazed through still unidentified number of houses along Riverside, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City at 10:42 a.m reached fourth alarm before it was put out at 11:12 a.m. No immediate report of injuries or casualties has reached their office as of posting, Moral said.   Originally posted at 11:31 am | Monday, January 28, 2012...
