Irving Pinksy withdraws $100million lawsuit filed against state of Connecticut on behalf of Sandy Hook shooting survivor Jan 2nd 2013, 20:10 An attorney who filed a request to sue the state of Connecticut for $100million over the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School has withdrawn his lawsuit. Irving Pinksy was seeking to sue the state on behalf of a six-year-old survivor of the horrific attack that left 20 first graders and six adults dead.
