Syrian forces kill 36 in bombardment east of capital: opposition Jan 13th 2013, 19:45 Government forces killed at least 36 people, 14 of them children, in a bombardment of rebel-held areas on the outskirts of Damascus on Sunday, Syrian opposition activists said.
