LUCENA CITY, Philippines—The Agta-Dumagat tribal governor in Sierra Madre has lost their young chieftain Nap Buendicho, 35, who succumbed to high blood pressure in Infanta, Quezon, on Wednesday. Ramcy Astoveza, a tribe leader and director of Tribal Development Center based in Infanta said Buendicho, whom the tribe calls "Gov. Nap", died while being treated in Claro M. Recto hospital.
