Sierra Madre tribe chieftain passes away; 35

LUCENA CITY, Philippines—The Agta-Dumagat tribal governor in Sierra Madre has lost their young chieftain Nap Buendicho, 35, who succumbed to high blood pressure in Infanta, Quezon, on Wednesday.   Ramcy Astoveza, a tribe leader and director of Tribal Development Center based in Infanta said Buendicho, whom the tribe calls "Gov. Nap", died while being treated in Claro M. Recto hospital.   "The whole tribe is now in deep mourning. The leadership of Gov.
