2 cops escape NPA captors in Agusan Sur Apr 19th 2013, 00:53 MANILA, Philippines -- The two policemen who were abducted by suspected members of the New People's Army in Agusan del Sur have escaped but only one of them has been found after they got separated, a Philippine National Police spokesman said. Chief Superintendent Generoso Cerbo Jr. said Police Officer 2 Allan Ronald Muñez and Police Officer 1 Nemuel España fled from their captors in Barangay (village) Maitum in Loreto and returned to the Loreto municipal police station "in good physical condition."
