ANTIOCH, California--What the "fork" is Chef Sunthie Calalo of Dampa Restaurant fame (Castro Valley in San Francisco's East Bay) talking about these days?   He says Filipinos can't get enough of pancit, while Americans love bacon. Thus his creation, PancitBacon.
