Beyonce isn't the only one who's impressed by Jay-Z Moyor Michael Bloomberg wrote the commendation for the hip-hop mogul, whole real name is Shawn Carter, in Time's annual list of the 100 most influential people. "Jay-Z embodies so much of what makes New York, New York Bloomberg wrote. A kid from a tough neighborhood who grows up in public housing, over-comes lots of bad influences on the street, never lets go of his dream, makes it to the top-and then keeps goin, pursuing new outlets for his creativity and ambition."Other New York figures who made the list include designer Michael Kors, late-night comedian Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel, Supreme Court Justice Elen Kagan and Kickstarter founder Perry Chen.
