Explosion hits Maguindanao village Aug 10th 2013, 01:37 KIDAPAWAN CITY -- Another explosion rocked Maguindanao Saturday, Upi town Mayor Ramon Piang Sr. told a radio station here. Piang said that an improvised explosive device, fashioned from a 60 millimeter mortar shell, went off at the Barangay (village) Kibleg portion of the Cotabato-Lebak Highway around 7:10 a.m. Piang said no one was hurt in the blast but the incident caused a massive traffic jam on the highway. He said police authorities were still confirming reports that theblast could be the handiwork of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighter (BIFF).   Related story: 6 killed in Cotabato City blast...
