Explosion hits house in Quezon City Aug 28th 2013, 00:20 MANILA, Philippines—An explosive device went off at a house in Quezon City early Wednesday, police said.   Police Officer 1 Julia Udsok of Quezon City Police District-Station 10 said a suspected hand grenade exploded at house No. 46 Scout Fuentabella in Barangay (village) Laging Handa in Quezon City around 7 a.m.   The house's gate and a parked vehicle were damaged, she said, adding that no one was hurt.   No other information was available.  ...
