Filipino majority-owned bank among best industry performers in US Aug 14th 2013, 01:20 SAN FRANCISCO—Mission National Bank (MNB), a member of the San Francisco-based Lucky Group of Companies, fortified its position among the best-performing community banks in the US as it again made the elite list of 200 Top Community Banks by the American Banker Magazine. In its latest listing of the best community banks in the United States, the prestigious New York-based magazine, listed MNB at 176th, with a three-year return on equity or ROE of 8.73 percent.
