CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro—Flordeliza Maliwanag, a retired public school teacher from Baco, Oriental Mindoro, has been missing since Tuesday (October 29) morning.   Maliwanag, 78 years old, left their family residence in Ilaya, Calapan City wearing a white blouse and black pants. She has short, white hair and about five feet tall.   She is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and may seem disoriented. She knows her name and place of residence.   She was last seen at Batangas City port on Tuesday afternoon.
