Monsoon, cold front to bring rain in N. Luzon, Bicol, E. Visayas—Pagasa Feb 12th 2013, 02:20 MANILA, Philippines -- The northeast monsoon will continue to prevail in Northern Luzon while the Bicol region and Eastern Visayas will have light to moderate rains due to the diffused tail-end of a cold front, the state weather bureau said Tuesday. Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora, Metro Manila and Calabarzon will experience cloudy skies with light rains, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
