UNA confident Mindanao will deliver votes Feb 28th 2013, 03:39 MANILA, Philippines -- The United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) coalition on Thursday said that it was confident that voters from Northern Mindanao would deliver votes for its senatorial bets come election day. The area remains an "Erap (former President Joseph Estrada) Country," according to UNA secretary general and Navotas Representative Toby Tiangco, referring to the large votes Estrada received from the region in his bid for presidency in the past.
