Monsoon to prevail over eastern Luzon, Visayas–Pagasa Feb 15th 2013, 03:46 MANILA, Philippines -- The northeast monsoon will continue to prevail over the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas with rain in several areas of the country, the state weather bureau said Friday. Eastern Visayas, Northern Mindanao and the regions of Caraga and Davao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said. Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains.
